List each source and the input it needs: television, turntable, computer or another player. Then match that list to the current Amp Ultra manual. WiiM presents this model as an all-in-one streaming amplifier with a touchscreen. That role is different from simply adding a network player to an existing amplifier. The right purchase is the box that fills the missing role without duplicating the rest of your system.
Speakers come before the specification sheet
Read the speaker label for impedance and connection requirements. Decide how you will route and terminate speaker cable, where the amplifier will sit and how it will ventilate. Do not connect speaker outputs to a powered speaker's line input. If your speakers use unusual connectors or a proprietary system, resolve compatibility before placing the order.
